Kobæk Strand Hotel & Konference:
For teams participating in the European Championship, the race fee includes accommodation and meals as follows:

• 3 nights’ accommodation (27–30 August)
• 1 room per team (shared) before and after the race
• 3 meals included:
• 1 breakfast
• 2 dinners

Additional nights can be booked before or after the included period for an extra charge.

Teams participating in the Challenge or U21 category may also book accommodation at the race hotel for an additional fee.

There are supermarkeds 1,8km from the start location. Spar, Netto, Super brusen and Rema 1000

If you dont own a mountain bike dont worry. We have a great deal with Hedeland MTB-Tours. 
Book your bike at the registration and it will be ready at the start location at race day.

Copenhagen Airport (CPH) Transfers

We offer organized airport transfers between Copenhagen Airport and Kobæk Strand Hotel & Konference for participating teams.

Schedule:

Thursday, 27 August 2026

• 14:00 – Pickup at Copenhagen Airport (CPH) and transfer to the race hotel

Sunday, 30 August 2026

• 11:00 – Departure from hotel to the airport
• 12:15 – Arrival at Copenhagen Airport (CPH)

Price:

• 500 DKK per person (round trip)

Please note that this service is offered to support international teams and ensure smooth logistics. The fee contributes to transportation costs but does not fully cover them.

There will be several parking spaces in front of the start area. Remember to park legally.

There will be a social dinner the night before the race Thursday. Finish buffet when you get to the finishline and last a breakfast sunday just before the award cermoni. 
So fill the stomach with some food and drinks.

Saturday 29. August 2026:
19:00-21:00 Winners of European Championship reach the finish 
Finishline buffets open

Sunday 30. August 2026:
08:00 Finishline closing

09:00 – 10:00: Prize giving

11:00 – Departure to airport

Friday 28. August 2026:
17:00 – Start location and School opens for racers if needed to stay overnight
